1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bittbuzz website, blog and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Use of the Website & Blog

Our website and blog provide educational and informational content about building a stronger online presence. You may read, learn from and share this content for personal or internal business use. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information through our contact, newsletter or "Let's Talk" forms.
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use the site in any way that infringes our intellectual property or the rights of others.

This is a read-only, informational website: visitors cannot publish, upload or post content of their own. Blog content is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your business.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and blog — including text, graphics, logos, designs, code and the Bittbuzz name and brand — is owned by Bittbuzz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share our blog content for personal or internal business use, provided you keep any attribution intact. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

4. Our Services

Bittbuzz helps businesses become easier to find, easier to trust and easier to choose. Our work is organised around four connected pillars:

• Get Found Online — websites, search engine optimisation (SEO) and local visibility, including Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Capture & Book More Customers — customer journeys, enquiry and booking experiences that turn interest into action.
• Run Your Business Smarter — connected systems, automation and tools that reduce manual work.
• Build Trust & Stay Visible — reviews, content and reputation practices that strengthen credibility over time.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.

5. Project Engagements

Where we agree to provide services, those services are governed by the written agreement between us (such as a proposal, statement of work or contract). In the event of any conflict between these website terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any estimates, timelines or outcomes described on the website are illustrative and not guarantees of specific results.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Our full terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. In summary:

• Monthly retainers — there is no minimum term. Either of us may cancel by giving at least 30 days' written notice to contact@bittbuzz.com. Cancellation then takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Early termination — if you cancel before the 30-day notice period has run, an early termination fee equal to one month's retainer applies.
• Project setup fees — a single fee paid in advance. Paying it starts the engagement, so it is non-refundable, as is work already delivered.

We will always try to help you finish well. If you would rather change the scope or timing of an engagement than end it, contact us and we will look at the options before you cancel.

7. Refunds

Because our fees cover time, expertise and work that cannot be un-done once performed, most fees are non-refundable. We do issue refunds or credits where a charge was duplicate or incorrect, where we have materially failed to deliver the work we committed to and have not put it right within a reasonable time of being asked, or where our services have been materially unavailable for an extended period.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and we aim to process them within 14 working days of written agreement. Unused retainer time does not carry over or convert into a refund. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains this in full.

8. International Clients & Payments

Bittbuzz is operated from India by Shishir Sundriyal as a sole proprietorship. If you are not based in India, the following applies:

• Contracting entity — your agreement is with Bittbuzz, operated by Shishir Sundriyal (GSTIN 23DUDPS7463H1ZB) from Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• Currency — fees are quoted and billed in the currency stated in your proposal. If you pay in a different currency, any conversion is set by your bank or card issuer.
• Payment processing — payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting on our behalf. Please also see our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
• Taxes — prices exclude any taxes or duties imposed by your country, which are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Support hours — we work Monday to Friday, 14:00–21:00 IST, which is the practical window for both the US and UK business hours. We respond to enquiries and cancellation requests in writing.

9. Newsletter & Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter through the blog, article pages or website footer, you consent to receive periodic emails with practical insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Submitting our contact form or "Let's Talk" conversation confirms your consent for us to use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry.

10. User Submissions

Any information you submit through our forms, including the "Let's Talk" conversation, becomes part of our records so we can respond to you. By submitting, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send sensitive personal or confidential information you do not wish us to process for the purpose of your enquiry.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, blog and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep our content accurate and helpful, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any results described will be achieved. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bittbuzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, blog or Services, or from reliance on any content published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may link to external sites or resources for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those external sites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Most of the tools we use to operate this site — our automation, customer relationship, newsletter and social scheduling — are self-hosted on infrastructure we control. We also use Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics tool, which is loaded only if you consent. Both are described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from our Services, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to the following:

• If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights and protections that the law of your country gives you, and you may bring proceedings in your own country.
• If you are a business, you may still bring proceedings in your own country where the law of that country gives you that right.
• A signed engagement agreement may specify a different governing law and jurisdiction, in which case that agreement prevails for that engagement.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
